Karen Grayson, PhD, LPC

Dr. Karen Grayson, The Center’s Founder, is a trained philosopher, educator, and counselor. Over many years, she has worked to integrate psychological training and deep spiritual practice, with rigorous attention to persistent philosophical questions. These overlapping interests ground her work and life practice.

Kit Maxwell, M.Ed, MC, ACC

Kit is a trained and experienced educator, life coach and Equine-assisted Learning Coach. She excels at creating a safe space to learn, grow, and let go of patterns or practices that may no longer be serving us. Kit is dedicated to meeting her clients where they are and supporting them in moving forward academically, personally, or professionally. 

Shannon Hayes Buescher MS, RD, LD

Shannon is a registered and licensed dietitian and certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. For over 15 years, she has helped women, men, and adolescents find a healthy relationship with food and their body. She counsels those who have struggled with disordered eating, chronic dieting, poor body image, and those looking to feel better about the way they take care of their body.

Jennifer Gauvain, MSW, LCSW

Jennifer is a clinically trained Internal Family Systems therapist. For more than 20 years she’s helped children, teens, adults, couples, and families create positive change in their lives. Her focus includes couples and premarital counseling, trauma related experiences, anxiety, grief and loss, depression, self-injurious behaviors, and parenting issues.

Emma Donovan, MA, PLPC

Emma is a clinically trained Internal Family Systems therapist and coach who understands the challenges of being a young person today. She specializes in helping teens, college students, and young professionals tap into their internal wisdom so they can transform their perceived weaknesses and wounds into strengths and gifts. This leads to meaningful, peaceful, and awakened lives.
