Who Should Take These Courses?

IFS Basics 1

This course is for you if you have a general understanding of the IFS model (through reading, personal work, and/or short trainings), have experienced IFS as a client at least a handful of times, and feel ready to learn more

IFS Basics 2

This course is for you if you are engaged in personal IFS work, can unblend and drop into Self Energy fairly easily, and are using the model to a limited degree with clients. A person in BASICS 2 has experienced (as a client) the full trajectory of the model from working with Protectors and uncovering Exiles, to rescuing, unburdening and reintegrating Exiles.

IFS Deep Dive

This course is for you if you have done a good bit of your own personal IFS work, feel Self-Led at least some of the time, and are using the model with clients. You will explore your own sticking points with model and discover subtle nuances that will deepen and refine your practice.
