IFS & The Transformation of Self
August 11, 2019 @ 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm
$90On Sunday afternoon August 11th, Pastoral Counselor and IFS specialist, Dr. Mark Robinson, will offer a deep dive into the concept of Self. In this presentation, discussion, and through guided interior work, Mark invites us to explore the ways Self arises in us and to consider how it manifests and deepens as we mature. In our three hours together, we look at the paradox of Self and No-Self. Can we hold the tension of both? Join us for an afternoon full of new information and connections. You will surely gain greater clarity for your own sense of Self and new tools for Self-transformation.
Mark use the fabulous Internal Family Systems [IFS] paradigm as the backdrop for this program, you don’t have to be familiar with IFS to benefit! The idea of Self is central to most personal development modalities and all spiritual traditions. Paying attention to split off “parts” as they are understood in IFS therapy, can be more broadly construed as shadow work. If you are interested in non-dual approaches to life, shadow work and/or transpersonal development, this program is for you!
Led by: Mark Robinson
Cost: $90.
