Discussion/Therapy Group: Exploring Relationships and Their Meaning in Our Lives

Led by relationship experts, Bob Pelley, MS, LPC, ACS & Jen Gauvain, MSW, LCSW, you will develop skills that enable you to be more effective in your relationships both within and outside yourself.

Our mission is to create a safe atmosphere of exploration and awareness of your inner relationships in order to gain a deeper understanding of how that inner world affects your relationships with others. The group will be a confidential place where members can experience new ways of relating with others. With curiosity, calmness, clarity, compassion, courage, confidence and creativity, your relationships will be transformed.

This ongoing group will meet weekly and is open to individuals and couples/ partners as well. If you choose to participate in this group, you will be asked to make an eight-week commitment by the end of the first session. This will enable your experience in the group to reflect the joys and challenges of relationships from an experiential perspective. You will be able to decide at the end of the 8 weeks / sessions if continuing will be beneficial to you.

Sessions will be on consecutive Wednesdays unless otherwise agreed upon or published. Group will begin promptly at 6 pm with check-in and will end at 7:30 PM.   

The cost of the group is $80 per session or $640 for the group. Payment will be due prior to each session. If choosing to pay in advance, a discounted fee of $600 will be due and collected following the first session on March 25, 2020.
