Meet Jennifer Gauvain, MSW, LCSW

As a clinically trained Internal Family Systems therapist (IFS), Jen specializes in working with couples and individuals who want to create healthy, satisfying relationships. With compassionate guidance, Jen believes in a therapeutic partnership with her clients to draw on personal strengths, build new skills, increase awareness, and create positive change. For more than 20 years she’s worked with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. Her focus includes relationship issues, premarital counseling, family stressors, trauma related experiences, anxiety, depression, self-injurious behaviors, parenting issues, and grief and loss. By starting where you are, she can help you identify your needs and begin the journey towards a deeper level of change and satisfaction.
